Language Services Associates Holds Customer Service Retreat at the Pyramid Club

As a leading language service provider for nearly two decades, LSA has always promised to provide exceptional customer service support.  On Monday, July 26, we dedicated the entire day to customer service.  Select members of the LSA team were invited to the Pyramid Club in Downtown Philadelphia for a five-hour interactive workshop.  We watched inspirational customer service videos, shared stories of exceptional service and participated in a number of team building activities.
