INTERPRETRAC® by Language Services Associates (LSA) is designed to give clients a completely customizable overview of Interpreting by Telephone call data, activity usage and performance metrics through an online secure portal. The system will allow end-users to access every telephone interpreting transaction by language, location, requester, time of day and trend activity levels in a number of report formats, from Microsoft Excel spreadsheets to online graphs and charts. With the ability to capture relevant information and usage metrics in real-time, INTERPRETRAC® will reduce vendor and administrative management, while providing clients with the business intelligence they need to better serve the unique needs of their multilingual clients.
Although the nature of the assignments makes real-time reporting impossible, the system performs a similar function for Face-to-Face Interpreting assignments and Translation and Localization projects, on a per-job basis.
